✓ A life-giving organization that does not perform, promote, or refer for abortions*, nor provide or prescribe medication with the intent to end a human life
✓ Proof of 501(c)(3) status
✓ Support women who are pregnant or parenting by providing direct-to-women, low- or no-cost services** in at least one of the following areas:
• Women’s Health: Full or limited medical care, including pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, prenatal education, STI testing/treatment, pregnancy options, postpartum, and more
• Material Assistance: Maternal and child clothing, diapers, food pantry assistance, domestic needs, or transportation
• Mental Health & Wellness: Emotional, trauma, spiritual support, addiction, or mental health services
• Legal & Financial Counseling: Guidance on legal and financial matters related to family, employment, or housing
• Social/Life Services: Life skills, health, and parenting education; childcare; case management; career counseling; and referrals for additional pregnancy and parenting support services
• Housing & Shelter: Long-term or short-term emergency or permanent housing, including domestic violence shelters, maternity housing, and after-care maternal housing
* This refers to elective abortions, not treatment for ectopic pregnancies and miscarriages.
**Low-cost is defined as substantially reduced final cost of services to women and their families.
