Brew Basics
Grind beans just before brewing for the freshest flavor. Choose the grind size that matches your brew method—espresso, drip, pour-over, or French press. For brewed coffee, use about 11 g of coffee, or 1–2 tablespoons, per 6 fl oz of filtered water, adjusting to taste for strength and preference. Store whole beans sealed in a cool, dry place to help preserve freshness.
