At Bluebird Refuge, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We want you to love every sip. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund.

Eligibility
• Return within 30 days of purchase
• Applies to tea purchases (even if opened, with unused portion returned)
• Limited to first-time tea purchases and one return per customer

Exclusions
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Shipping
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping

Refund Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
